We developed a simulation to facilitate the switch to E-Banking. It guides you step-by-step through the typical activities that you will most likely need when using your bank’s E-Banking website. This includes: logging in with your LuxTrust devices, checking your account balance, completing a transaction, downloading Bank statements and other documents, adding new beneficiaries and setting up standing orders. Your exercises and progress will be saved locally, this allows you to learn at your own pace and provides a real-life user experience.
